Teaching Philosophy

Since 2021, I have served as a Teaching Assistant at the School of Sciences (UNAM), where I have gained extensive experience in classroom instruction (averaging 6 hours per week). My role goes beyond grading; I actively design didactic materials in $\LaTeX$ (guides, problem sets, and exams) and provide personalized mentoring to ensure student success.

My teaching approach prioritizes intuition before formalism. I strive to present abstract ideas through concrete examples and design evaluations that foster critical thinking rather than just measuring memory.

A central motivation in my career is to expand the study and research of Number Theory in Mexico. Since this field is currently underrepresented in the country compared to other mathematical areas, I am enthusiastic about training the next generation of students. My goal is to develop myself as a top-tier researcher and professor to strengthen this line of investigation nationwide.
